I'm currently being driven to create through a bout of insomnia- go figure that the early morning sky has been a source of inspiration! Using a technique that allows for additional textures to be built up into the surface I truly enjoy experimenting in my process. These small canvasses allow me to work intuitively and to tune in to the color palette.
